The Slow Food Foundation boarded Kusamba Coarse Salt infused with Iyashi, or activated charcoal, an all natural detoxicant. 

Among other gushes, these whole salts are feel-good, chemical-free, mineral and heritage rich.

Best Uses:

Owing to the arresting colour of this salt, it is best used as a finishing salt over desserts - white truffle, on salads, in unsalted butter.
