Bali Aga Lime & Celery Salt
Bali Aga Lime & Celery Salt is made with Bali Fleur de Sel harvested by traditional Balinese salt farmers working with the pristine and mineral-rich seawater of Eastern Bali. After which, the salt is blended with dehydrated organic Celery and the zest and juice of lime. To balance the lightness, Garlic powder and coconut sugar are added. All organic of course.
The sweet and sour notes make this an excellent seasoning for seafood, butter-based sauces, and strangely, takes away the guilt from a Tuesday afternoon cocktail.
